Disposable bedding is designed to protect mattresses and pillows from soiling and cross contamination. Disposable bedding sheets are ideal for patient beds and stretcher coverage as well as absorbency to facilitate infection control. They also offer comfort, modesty and coverage. They also reduce the clean up time required for sanitization and sterilization of clean rooms.

Structure:

Preferably, the bedding accessory is constructed from three layers, a bottom, middle and top layer. The top layer is moisture permeable and the middle layer is absorbent. Therefore, fluids may flow through to top layer to the middle layer. The bottom layer is preferably waterproof to prevent fluids from leaving the middle layer. They are Soft and comfortable, clean and economic. One side is hydrophobic and the other side is hydrophilic

Material and Functions:

High polymer bed pad at the bottom: featured with high water-repellency to keep the bedding clean. Pad lined with multilayer tissue layers in the middle layer: The pad is filled with multiple tissue paper layers to guarantee high water-absorbency and comfort at high temperature.

Pad containing wood pulp: featured with high water-absorbency keeping the patient skin dry and preventing sores. It can absorb urine and other body fluid for several times, so as to keep top layer dry. Users are free from urine, other body fluid and excremental. The sheets are opaque for more privacy when draping. They, also decrease the risks of contamination from one patient to another and eliminate laundering costs.
